According to Facebook, it takes two weeks to DELETE a Business Page and can ONLY be performed by the creator of the page... However, a business page CAN be UNPUBLISHED by ANY trusted Admin at any time.

The only way a business page can disappear overnight is for an Admin to UNPUBLISH it. If all other Admins are first removed, no one would be notified by Facebook, other than the Admin who UNPUBLISHED it.
